About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Computer Assisted Patrol Security Officer at a commercial real estate location in Los Angeles, California, you will help safeguard the property and its clients. You will conduct routine and random patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and provide customer service to tenants and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable law.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while following site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, responding to emergencies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site protocols.
Observe and report security concerns, maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and promptly.
