About The Position

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling locations. The officer preserves order while enforcing regulations and directives at client sites for personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The role involves frequent interaction with client employees and guests, customer service, property tours, and use of technology devices throughout the shift. The officer also performs other tasks of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
Arizona Guard Card required.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Carry out other tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.
