About The Position

Lifeline Vascular Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for its Pittsburgh North Surgical Center in Cranberry Township. The technologist assists the clinical team with vascular access procedures, maintains a sterile field, and provides support before and after procedures. The role also includes operating the C-Arm, assisting with room preparation and cleanup, managing supplies and inventory, maintaining radiology safety procedures, serving as the center’s Radiation Safety and Laser Safety Officer, and helping transport patients. Materials-management training will be provided. This is a fast-paced position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, no night or weekend shifts, and center hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lifeline describes a supportive team environment and work/life balance. Requirements

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Associate degree in science or successful completion of a formal educational program accepted by ARRT.
Three years of experience in vascular procedures or cardiac catheterization.
C-Arm experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in interventional radiology (IR).
Experience in materials management.

Responsibilities

Assist the clinical team with patient and procedure-room preparation and post-procedure cleanup.
Operate the C-Arm and scrub in for procedures.
Assist the clinical team with vascular access procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure support.
Order supplies as Materials Manager; training will be provided.
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies.
Maintain radiology safety-monitoring procedures.
Serve as the Radiation Safety and Laser Safety Officer (RSO) for the center.
Assist in transporting patients within the center.
