About The Position

Suburban Subaru of Troy is seeking one dependable Lot Attendant to help organize dealership inventory, maintain the appearance of the lot, and prepare vehicles for customers. This hands-on role involves working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and supporting a fast-paced dealership team. The position includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions and may require transporting vehicles between locations.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable driving a wide variety of vehicles.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, move, and maintain vehicle inventory on the dealership lot.
• Keep the lot clean, professional, and customer-ready.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery by fueling and washing them and checking tire pressure.
• Install and maintain vehicle pricing information and displays.
• Transport vehicles between locations as needed.
• Assist with dealership errands and support daily operations.
• Organize vehicle keys, lock boxes, and license plates.
• Support the sales team by ensuring vehicles are accessible and presentation-ready.
