About The Position

Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma, Washington, is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Lot Attendant to help keep dealership operations running smoothly. This is a full-time position requiring Saturday availability. Because the service department operates Monday through Saturday, the schedule may include a fixed Saturday shift with a weekday off. The role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and safely operating and moving vehicles. Pre-employment drug screening is required; consistent with Washington law, screening does not test for non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate and drive various vehicles.
• Positions involving operation of company or customer vehicles require an acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot.
• Create and manage vehicle key tags and inventory records.
• Move, retrieve, and deliver vehicles between dealership locations and designated parking areas.
• Assist with vehicle organization and display preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
