About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Baldwin Park, California. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer welcomes and assists visitors, manages access, patrols the site, responds to incidents, and helps protect people and property. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and complete additional 32-hour BSIS security training. Additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
