About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Sparks, Nevada. This customer-service-focused role involves interacting with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer observes and reports activity, responds to critical situations, enforces site procedures and standards, and maintains lobby access control and order. The position offers full-time 12-hour shifts, with day and graveyard schedules available.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Have a high school education or equivalent GED.
Have a valid PILB license.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have or be able to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid certification within seven days of an offer.
Have superior people skills.
Have at least one year of security experience.
Have a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Law enforcement or military experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.
Observe and survey the assigned area and report activity.
Respond rapidly to critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards when appropriate.
Manage lobby access and order by checking identification of employees, vendors, customers, and other visitors.
Keep the lobby clear of foot traffic and help prevent hazards in the area.
