About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Duties vary depending on the day and special events and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The role requires adapting quickly and precisely to changing situations while helping protect people and property.

This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday on the second shift, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.50, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have an active DCJS license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsiveness and strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.
