About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Driver Authentication in Lebanon, Indiana, serving a commercial real estate location. The officer manages entry points, verifies credentials, monitors access activity, and provides customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors. The role requires driving and a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal’s driver policy. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles, or 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and authorization requirements before allowing entry to restricted areas.
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and access-related records according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
