About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Officer to provide patrol and building access control at an aerospace location in Santa Ana, California. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control. The role also involves providing customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s culture.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws as a condition of employment.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law as a condition of employment.
• Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience.
• A guard card or license.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Assist with access control activities and monitor assigned areas.
