About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for a site in Bismarck, North Dakota. The role involves patrolling sensitive areas, observing for suspicious activity, controlling access, and responding to alarms, threats, or other incidents. Officers help protect people and property, document incidents and actions taken, check alarm and camera functionality, and collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents. The position requires standing and walking throughout the shift and has a variable, part-time schedule with open availability needed to cover call-offs.

Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and describes opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
