About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for a site in Minot, North Dakota. The role involves patrolling environments, staying alert to potential risks, and protecting people and property. The position requires the ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

Two schedules are listed: a full-time schedule covering Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., and Saturday from noon to 8 p.m.; and a part-time schedule covering Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. The hourly wage is $19. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
