About The Position

Securitas is hiring a part-time Security Officer in Moorestown, New Jersey, for Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The pay rate is $19.06. Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring and patrolling client premises, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives. They also provide customer service and information to client employees and guests. The role includes conflict resolution and de-escalation, securing entrances, conducting indoor and outdoor patrols, identifying and reporting hazards or suspicious activity, and preparing detailed written witness reports. Officers may perform mobile and foot patrols and interact frequently with client employees and guests. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Standard computer and technology skills.
Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
Ability to conduct patrols throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
Active New Jersey SORA license or ability to obtain one.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

Nice To Haves

Previous security experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
