About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Bristol, Indiana, at a technology-focused location. The officer will help safeguard employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while supporting a welcoming and professional environment. The role involves routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, monitoring access and visitor activity, responding to incidents and alarms, and providing customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. The listed pay rate is $17.75 per hour. The schedule is 2:00 PM–10:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials according to site procedures, and report access concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and complete required reports accurately and promptly.
Maintain awareness of changing conditions and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and client representatives.
