About The Position

The Security Officer provides continuous security patrols by foot and vehicle throughout the casino, hotel, and surrounding company-owned areas. The role responds to disturbances and alarms, provides security for guests and team members, and documents security-related incidents. Duties also include escorting and transporting funds and providing escorts in sensitive areas for non-gaming team members and outside personnel. The officer may also operate security dispatch, dispatching officers and maintaining key control and required logs.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the casino, hotel, and surrounding company-owned areas continuously by foot and vehicle.
• Complete detailed reports on security-related incidents occurring on company property.
• Escort and transport funds for table fills, slots, and banks.
• Provide security for money drops, including tables and slots.
• Escort non-gaming team members and outside personnel, such as maintenance, repair, and cleaning personnel, in sensitive areas.
• Respond to disturbances and alarms and provide security for guests and team members.
• May operate security dispatch, dispatch officers, maintain key control, and maintain required dispatch-center logs.
• Support, promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
