About The Position

As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol in Omaha, Nebraska, you will safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. This is an unarmed patrol role focused on maintaining a visible security presence, supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors, delivering customer service, and responding professionally to concerns. The role includes routine patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and documentation.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to property procedures.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
