About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a liquefied natural gas and petrochemical location in Savannah, Georgia, you will help safeguard people, property, and operations. The role involves patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible security presence, supporting site access procedures, responding to incidents, and providing customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors. You will work with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts in a team-focused environment, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and adaptability.

Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
A guard card or license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility areas, perimeter boundaries, access points, and exterior grounds to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor site access by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and following entry and exit procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
Accurately document patrols, observations, incidents, and shift activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
