About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in San Antonio, Texas, you will help safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide customer service and clear communication while working with a team that values integrity and teamwork. The posted rate is $17.30 per hour. The schedule includes Monday and Tuesday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.; Wednesday, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. A guard card or license is preferred.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Document daily activities, incidents, and observations according to company and site-specific reporting requirements.
