About The Position

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment and serves as a helpful, professional resource while ensuring people on the property follow safety protocols. This is a full-time position in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, paying $16.00 per hour. No weekends are required, and no prior experience is necessary. The employer is Securitas USA.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
