Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a senior residential location.
Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access as directed, monitoring entry activity, and maintaining visitor records.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
Monitor cameras, alarms, communication systems, and other assigned front-desk equipment; report unusual activity and security-related concerns to site management.
Assist residents and guests with directions, basic information, and access-related requests while maintaining confidentiality and a courteous environment.
