About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk within a financial institution location by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials as directed, maintain visitor logs, and issue temporary access credentials in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate contacts, and support communication of routine security-related information.
• Observe front desk activity and report unusual conditions, policy concerns, or access-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
