Security Officer Part Time First Shift

About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer to support an automotive location in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The officer will safeguard clients and provide customer service in a team-focused environment, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, responding to concerns, and communicating professionally. The scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pay is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing and/or corporate location.
Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, access points, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as assigned, and maintain accurate security logs and incident documentation.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Report maintenance concerns, damaged property, access-control issues, and suspicious conditions to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
