About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Barrier Driver in Lebanon, Indiana, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position involves delivering customer service, communicating professionally, and supporting security-related operations with integrity, teamwork, and reliability. This is a part-time position scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements and for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain accurate access-control records.
Respond professionally to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations, escalating matters when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the building, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter, identifying unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity.
Help maintain a professional lobby and entry experience while communicating with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.
