About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution in Phoenix, Arizona, you will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, supporting access control, and providing customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors and help maintain a welcoming environment. The role includes responding to incidents and alarms, checking access points and visitor activity, and documenting activity in accordance with site procedures. The listed schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Pay is $19.62 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, entrances, parking areas, and other assigned locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain a professional presence in a client-focused financial services environment.
