About The Position

DSI Security Services is hiring Security Officers in Stephenville. Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, their employees, and the public through attentive, professional service and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. The position pays $14.00 per hour. First, second, third, and weekend shifts are available.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation and a means of communication.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, perform moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
Must meet all preemployment requirements, including criminal background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols.
Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity.
Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions.
Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals.
