Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver

About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol driver in Mesa, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a technology data center. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support security operations, and provide professional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. The role pays $24.10 per hour and is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local law.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Pass a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the data center campus, building interiors, perimeter, access points, and parking areas, and identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and alarm-related systems; verify credentials and maintain accurate access-related documentation.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoffs while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive operational information.
