About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Patrol Unarmed Security Officer for a healthcare location in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The officer will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and providing courteous service to patients, visitors, staff, personnel, and vendors. The role includes access monitoring, incident response, reporting, and communication with site contacts and emergency personnel. The position pays $21.37 per hour and is scheduled Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing visitors according to site procedures, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries as required.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Prepare accurate reports and communicate clearly with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and responding emergency personnel as appropriate.
