About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Ashville, Ohio, for a technology-focused location. The officer will help safeguard the site by maintaining a visible presence, conducting patrols, monitoring access and visitor activity, responding to incidents, and providing customer service. The role pays $25.00 per hour and is scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while following security procedures and site-specific policies, and taking part in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, offices, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access.
Monitor access control points and visitor activity; verify credentials as required and document entries, exits, and security-related observations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site and Allied Universal reporting procedures.
Prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate relevant information to site contacts, and support a professional, orderly environment.
