About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Incident Response in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The role provides a fixed weekly shift at an assigned site, with a six-month commitment, and the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. Additional shifts may offer the opportunity to build up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to scale back. The position pays $19.18 per hour, with weekly pay. The stated shift is Saturday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.

The officer provides customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies, conducts unarmed patrols at a distribution location, monitors access and visitor activity, responds to incidents, and completes required reporting and handoffs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements before employment, if required.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in a problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution location, including perimeter areas, loading docks, parking areas, and shipping and receiving zones.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with company and site requirements.
