About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Access Support in Frisco, Texas, you will help safeguard a food and beverage location by conducting routine unarmed patrols, maintaining a visible presence, monitoring access points, and supporting badge-related processes. The role includes providing customer service and clear communication while responding to security concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in accordance with site procedures and escalation protocols. The position is full-time and pays $21.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen.
Licensing requirements may apply before employment, depending on state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production, warehouse, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document unusual conditions, incidents, and patrol observations.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership about security concerns and operational updates.
