Security Officer Part Time Experienced Unarmed Patrol
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a part-time experienced unarmed patrol Security Officer for a manufacturing and industrial location in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The officer will help safeguard the site by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, deterring security-related incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. The position involves using a computer or tablet to support site operations and representing the company through teamwork and integrity. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Candidates must have at least six months of relevant security experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles. Employment is contingent on a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing may be required under applicable state or local regulations.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in accordance with established site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter.
- Identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed, and report access-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.
- Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports.
- Communicate observations to supervisors and client representatives as required.
