About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed patrol officer at a government law-enforcement location in Rialto, California. The officer will help safeguard employees, visitors, and members of the public by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring access and activity, responding to routine concerns and incidents, and providing professional customer service. The role follows site-specific procedures, access-control practices, emergency response activities, and post orders. The posted schedule is Friday and Saturday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.96 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and members of the public while following site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter areas, identifying and reporting unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity in accordance with post orders and site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and public-service personnel as directed.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs covering patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions.
