About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol supporting an aerospace and defense location in Dallas, Texas, you will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. You will support access control and site procedures while contributing to a teamwork-focused culture. The position is full-time and pays $31.26 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
Possess an active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and promptly.
