About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive manufacturing location in Russellville, Kentucky, you will help safeguard the site through routine patrols, a visible security presence, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel, communicate professionally, and help support a welcoming environment. The role includes responding to incidents and alarms, monitoring access, and documenting observations in accordance with site procedures. A shift-claiming platform provides access to additional shifts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following security procedures and site-specific policies and, when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry authorization in accordance with site requirements.
Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
