About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Humble, Texas, you will help safeguard the client’s facilities and support a welcoming environment. You will patrol assigned indoor and outdoor areas, monitor access and visitor activity, respond to incidents and alarms, and provide customer service to employees, visitors, and other stakeholders. The position pays $17.78 per hour and follows a daytime schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies and carrying out emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial institution facilities, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials according to site procedures, and report suspicious conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for Allied Universal and site management.
