About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Front Desk Systems Coordinator Security Officer for a financial institution in Atlanta, Georgia. The officer will provide a welcoming, professional presence while supporting access control, visitor management, badge procedures, and security-related communications. The role helps maintain an organized lobby, responds to alarms or incidents as needed, and delivers customer service. The position pays $19.64 per hour and is scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, employees, and vendors and provide front-desk customer service while following site-specific access procedures.
Verify visitor identification, manage guest registration, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related logs.
Monitor entry activity and respond calmly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel as needed.
Direct visitors, answer routine inquiries, receive deliveries, and support a professional, welcoming lobby environment.
Observe front-desk activity, help deter unauthorized access, and report unusual or suspicious activity through established procedures.
