About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The officer will help safeguard tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by conducting patrols, monitoring access points, maintaining a visible presence, and providing customer service. The role follows site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response protocols. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state and/or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and exterior grounds to identify unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site-specific protocols.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in required logs and reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
