About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer for a warehouse assignment. The role serves and safeguards clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate. Officers respond calmly to incidents and critical situations and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. The position pays $19.17 per hour, paid weekly, and requires open availability for any shift.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Six or more months of security experience.
• Open availability for any shift.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
