About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Officer for warehouse patrol in Wooster, Ohio. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, report observations, respond to concerns, and provide customer service and communication. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The pay rate is $16.80 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements before employment, if required.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, facility, and perimeter.
• Maintain a visible presence, report observations, respond to concerns, and communicate with clients.
