About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a full-time Concierge Security Officer focused on customer service in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role involves building connections with visitors and helping them feel reassured and confident while maintaining the safety and security of people and property. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 4 p.m. to midnight, and the hourly wage is $15.50. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least one year of previous high-rise experience.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be able to walk and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and provide directions or guidance.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and answer calls while monitoring CCTV.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Use computers for tasks such as email and creating badges.
