About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol driver to serve and safeguard clients at a retail location in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. The officer conducts routine patrols, maintains a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provides customer service and communication. The driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy and a clean driving record, with at least one year of driving experience.

The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Applicants are subject to background investigation and drug screening as permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year with a clean driving record is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• State or local licensing requirements may apply and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by following security procedures and site-specific policies and, when appropriate, conducting emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly and resolve problems involving incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and the perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate store personnel or Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and retail operations while maintaining a professional presence.
