About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Protection Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, you will help safeguard clients by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, report observations, and provide customer service and clear communication. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.74 per hour. The position involves serving employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel and following site-specific security procedures and policies.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required prior to employment.
Have a valid driver's license only if performing a driving position.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
