About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in office and other public-facing environments. The position is offered as either two part-time schedules or one full-time schedule: Saturday–Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or Monday–Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The hourly wage is $17.00. A uniform is provided at no cost, and the role offers career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
