About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Shreveport, Louisiana. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. A security license is required.

Two 32-hour weekly schedules are offered: Thursday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; or Wednesday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday through Sunday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly wage is $14.75. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state security license if required; the posting also states that a security license is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
