About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed mobile patrol Security Officer to serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution location in Fresno, California. The role provides driving patrol services, routine vehicle and foot patrols, and a visible security presence to help deter incidents. The officer responds professionally to concerns and provides customer service and clear communication while supporting the site and team. The schedule is Wednesday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Thursday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. The pay rate is $18.91 per hour.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and employees by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
Monitor access to the location and observe visitor and vendor activity.
Report irregularities, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff documentation.
