Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and visitor management protocols.
• Greet, screen, and direct employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with facility entry requirements.
• Verify identification and credentials, issue visitor badges as authorized, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems; promptly report unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergency notifications, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established site procedures.
