About The Position

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements; a license may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document entries, deliveries, and other relevant activity.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident documentation, and communicate observations or concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
