About The Position

As a Security Officer serving as a screener at a logistics and distribution location in Rialto, California, you will help safeguard clients by screening individuals and/or materials, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will maintain a professional presence, help deter incidents, and provide customer service and communication. The role follows a full-time schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and pays $18.80 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies.
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and authorized items entering designated areas according to established procedures.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before permitting entry to restricted areas.
Report prohibited items, irregular activity, access concerns, and policy violations to site leadership or appropriate personnel.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, including supporting emergency response activities.
