Security Officer Full Time Access Governance

About The Position

As a Security Officer focused on access governance in Atlanta, Georgia, you will help safeguard clients and create a welcoming, controlled environment. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage badge access, respond to security-related concerns, and remain visible while communicating professionally with visitors and staff. You will use attentive access-control practices to help deter incidents. The role is full-time and pays $17.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
