About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed patrol driver for an automotive manufacturing and operations location in Pattison, Texas. The position provides a designated site and weekly anchor shift, which requires a six-month commitment. Employees may claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week and scale back when needed. The listed shift is Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and the pay rate is $21.37 per hour.

The officer provides customer service and performs security procedures, site-specific policies, patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and reporting. The role may involve emergency response activities when appropriate.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; it is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing and operations location.
• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, follow established procedures, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, verifying authorization according to site-specific requirements.
• Accurately and promptly document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activities in required reports.
